Lutturai is also the name of the entire farmhouse, it was the first historical settlement in Capo Coda Cavallo around the middle of the 18th century, is located on the hill overlooking the Cape and facing the branches of roads leading to the various beaches within 1. 8mt and 5km. From our windows you can see Brandinchi Beach just 1800mt. My family loves very Lutturai and in the adjoining portion we spend our summer holidays when we are in Sardinia; this allows me to provide prompt assistance with advice, itineraries. Lutturai is a house where 'you feel good'. To make a special stay in our homes we offer trips or transfers with inflatable boats to reach the islands of the Tavolara marine park, the beach of Dei Due Mari or the natural pools of Molara; here you can stay the time you want for a bath, snorkel, underwater photos or a medium-scale climbing on the tops of the island of Tavolara or among the ruins of a Romanesque church in the island of Molara. The Tavolara Film Festival is held in July. Coda Coda Cavallo is one of the most beautiful places in the Mediterranean, a continual alternation of suggestive promontories, quaint shrubs, white beaches, picturesque granite cliffs. This sea, of exceptional biological, geomorphological and landscape interest, welcomes the protected marine area of avolara-Punta Coda Cavallo.

The garden is fenced.
Outside and shared with our house: washing machine, outdoor hot shower for return from the sea, stone barbecue.
In the house: wi fi, air conditioning and heating only in the bedrooms, dishwasher, TV and VCR, microwave, fans., hairdryer, iron and ironing board, a children's bicycle and many books and home and beach toys for all ages.
